qualified people to fill vacant positions in its office in Jakarta. If you

Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and render legal advise related to banking business activities.
- You’ll also be responsible to ensure the completeness of legal documentation prior entering into banking transaction or services.
- Furthermore you’ll assist Legal Department Head to handle legal matter of new products, non standard agreement and support agency function.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and legal advise
- Good knowledge of the Banking Products
- Good English proficiency
- Good communication skills.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
