main strength. We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our team for the
following positions:
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Help deal with land acquisition processes
- Petrified handles the processes of transition property (PPJB, AJB, Tenancy, and others) to create, analyze and monitor agreements (Tenant Contract, a contract with a third party, and others)
- Helps manage and monitor the legality of the permits of companies
- Help planning the business development company
- Create a monthly report
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree major in civil law
- Min 2 years experience in Legal
- Understanding the Civil Law, Agrarian Law, Corporate Law
- Able to establish rapport with the Government institution, the institution of the law related
- Mastering Microsoft word and excel
- Speak English minimum of passive
- Hardworking, Honest, thorough and initiatives
