Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Help do a review against the agreement.
- Prepare related documents permitting management
- Prepare legal documents of the company for corporate action
- Monitoring the validity period for the permit-a permit.
- Do the filing or storage of legal documents of the company.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Have a minimum of 1 year work experience (preferably from companies engaged in the finance/banking).
- Communication skill and analysis problems.
- Drafting legal agreements.
- Mastering the language of English whether oral or writing.
- Master computer (Ms Office)
