Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Complete the KPR contract between the bank and the customer
- Prepare the completeness of the data the customer needs for legal
- Prepare and sign Binding Agreements and House booking and selling (PPJB)
- Understanding permissions
- Address the issue of social environment on individual projects
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- S-1 of the law, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Experience in licensing, real estate/developer for a minimum of 3 years
- Experienced working in the notary, preferred
- Willing to work hard and be able to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya
- Mastering the language of English, preferred
- Able to operate computer programs namely Microsoft Office
