PT. Sejahtera Pertama Multifinance is a company which was created in 1984, as a Multi-Finance based company. At the beginning this company were offering variety of financial products from credit card, factoring, operating list and vehicle financing. With time passing by, we are now focusing more into second hand's car financing, although, in the future changes possibly made based on the needs of the market that needs our helps to supply. Furthermore, in the future PT. SPM gotten itself into a situation where more and more investor interested to get their hands into this business through us, thus, we are planning to expand the company rapidly.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of Legal Affairs of the company with internal and external parties, including taking care of themselves so that the interests of the company are protected to the maximum and activity/company's operations not prohibited by applicable law. In addition, the company provides services of legal administration in order that the interests of corporate law are met.

Requirements:

• Female, age 25-30 years
• Bachelor Of Law
• At least 1 year in the field of Corporate Legal Consultant's Office or Law firm or notary office
• Preferred if ever worked in corporate multifinance
• Able to operate the computer & the internet
• Understand the legal drafting
• Understand the management procedures permitting company multifinance
• Able to draft the agreement, power of Attorney, etc.
• Other qualifications: analytical thinking, communication, integrity, customer focus, multitasking
