Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Corporate secretarial work.
• Administration work (monitor and maintain corporate legal documents, make sure that the documents are not expired, etc).
• Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment, and new business ventures.
• Drafting, filing and reviewing all legal related documents: employment contract, sale and purchase agreement, loan agreement, other commercial agreement, etc.

Requirements:

• Age between 30-35 years old
• Minimum bachelor of Law Degree from reputable university in Indonesia
• Having minimum 5-6 years working experience in Indonesian law firm(s)
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. A team player
• Good ability to assess risks and to have good analytical skill, assertive, and being consistent.
• Excellent understanding in law subjects, such as corporate law including regulations, due diligence, contract negotiation.
• Corporate secretarial experience, and preferably capital market expertise.
