Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handles all legal administrative and other matters relating to the legality of the company.
• Creating concepts and improvement of all company policies relating to legal work, including contract companies.
• As a legal consultant company, which is providing legal advice or opinion to corporate leaders.
• In collaboration with PPAT for obtaining land certificates by the company National Land Agency

Requirements:

• Maximum age 37 years
• Educational background of Bachelor of Laws (Civil)
• Have at least 1 year
• Understand and know the provisions and implementation of civil law
• Having a good network and extensive
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work in the field (Outdoors)
• Accustomed to using a computerized system
• Having knowledge in the examination and the data
• Have a good analysis
• Able to speak English
• Having the ability to negotiate good
• Communicative, thorough, accurate and able to work in a team
