Legal & KYC
Administration
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
- Prepare and reviews agreements/ contracts.
- Perform the process of KYC (Know Your Customer) and ensure it’s conducted in accordance with regulator & company requirements.
- Keep abreast with the market and industry development on the KYC.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable University
- Fresh graduate with warm personality are welcome to apply.
- Have passion in Capital Market industry
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Computer literate, pay attention to detail and eager doing administration work
- Highly motivated, self-initiative and demonstrate good team work.
- Willing to work on project-based.
