in 1995, Comtextile Jakarta owes its birth to the ever-demanding sourcing needs
of international buyers in the apparel industry. The office maintains a wide
range of socially compliant vendors and provides sourcing for fabrics, garments
and accessories to customers across the globe. The office has over 100
employees, many of whom possess over 20 years of experience in the garment industry.
Our fully equipped sample room is also headed by an experienced team and we
cater to customer needs for fit sampling, size specs, grading and salesman
sampling. Product Our primary product focus is on lingerie and sleepwear, we
are also a hub for sourcing a wide range of fabrics and yarn.
Compliance Staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular factory audits as to ensure the social, labor, environment, safety and ethical standard are in compliance with corporate and international standards
- Review the compliance policy and enhance the factory regulatory grading
- Keep abreast of current statute and regulations relevant to garment production and advice management on feasible solutions towards challenges ahead
- Need to travel to overseas
Requirements:
- Education minimum S1 Law or Psychology\
- Human resources management, benefits administration, performance management, compensation and wage structure, employment law, laws against sexual harassment.
- High expertise in Indonesian HR/GA related regulations
- Excellent command on both written and spoken English
