Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- To provide legal support to the Group of companies on all legal, contractual, corporate operational and other related matters.
- Review, draft and negotiate corporate, commercial also technical agreements.
- Participate and advice on all business dealings
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office-Exel
- Willingness to travel throughout Surabaya and outside of Surabaya, if necessary.
- Meticulous, independent and willing to work long hours whenever required
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
