– Janis and Associates is a lawfirm founded by Lukas Robean Simanjuntak, SH and
Kanti W. Janis, SH, LL. M in 2012, located on Kemanggisan Raya No. 34, West
Jakarta. Both are holders of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)
licenses, an advocate association that is acknowledged by the goverment of the
Republic of Indonesia. Is currently developing investment in Indonesia in the
field of consulting and law. In 2014, we need some potential candidates to fill
the position is vital in our offices, which are as follows:
Lawyer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, law or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience with law firm or as a legal consultant
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and outside normal hours
- Willing to travel
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy
- Having Peradi certificated
- Must possess good communication and problem solving skills
- Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
- Experience with multi-national firms would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- To provide legal advise to the client
- To prepare legal report for advisory services
- To prepare draft of legal agreement/contract
