Senior Officer Human Capital Policy and System

Responsibilities:

• Planning, developing and reviewing policies and procedures of the internal HUMAN RESOURCES management integrated in accordance with the company's business strategy defined and based on the applicable regulatory
• Planning, developing, reviewing and managing Human Resource System and its supporting applications to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Internal HUMAN RESOURCES management company.
• Plan and administer compensation and benefits

Requirements:

• Graduates of the best universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have experience in the same field a minimum of 1 year
• The experience serves as a medium of communication to employees and companies have the ability to manage staffing administration
• Willing to overtime and Office out of town
• Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta
