Commercial Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle and administer legal and contract administration.
- Advise on operational or corporate matters, including identifying risks and issues from a legal standpoint and provide implications and available courses of action.
- Ensure compliance with local laws.
- Updated certification, licenses and permit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law.
- At least 4 years experience as Commercial Legal Officer.
- Strong exposure in drafting and reviewing contract or agreement.
- Maintaining all licenses and permits legalities.
- Good understanding on corporate law and property law.
- Having experience and good relationship with Government institutions.
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
