Responsibilities:
- Handling for compensation & benefit employee (payroll, tax, BPJS/Jamsostek, medical reimbursement, and other benefits)
- Plan and manage recruitment plan
- Research Provide data and information and supporting documents to company/Corporate Legal
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum GPA 2.5
- Working experience minimum 1 year
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Healthy phisically and mentally
- Computer Literate preferably MS Office
- English literate both written and spoken
- Have Knowledge About : Labour Laws, Psikotest
- JAMSOSTEK, Licensing And Legal Document
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Willing to placed in JAKARTA or SURABAYA
