HAS Attorneys at Law (Hartamulya, Andryanus & Siahaan), is an Indonesia based full-service law firm, founded by three young lawyers, who has amassed qualifications and experiences in handling legal matters faced by their clients. LITIGATION: We provide services to help our clients settle controversies and disputes through legal acts. As legal and regulatory matters are not always easily understood, we will strive to provide our clients with a better understanding of the legal matters and their businesses’ standing, and thus, producing the best outcome to the favor of our clients. COMMERCIAL : Our Commercial and Corporate Service provides consultation and advices for our clients’ business. Our partners’ experience on corporate governance and corporate transactions will help our clients to make important business decisions, ranging from investments, shareholder arrangements, capital structure, contractual terms and negotiations for their best interests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist partners by supporting legal and related materials for assigned cases and projects
• Conduct legal research and draft memos
• Contract review and summaries
• Update legal databases and information.

Requirements:

• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Law
• Hold PERADI license is an advantage
• Resourceful, flexible, articulate, and hard working
• Sharp analytical thinking
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Grace under pressure and a good sense of humor.
