Senior Legal Financing

Responsibilities:

• Juridical analysis, analysis of contracts and legal opinions of the customer and prospective customer who submits or get financing, to ensure that legal action will be performed has been running as required.
• Each binding financing must be noted in the register the following check list trimmings.
• Confirm to the Account Manager (AM) about the difference between financing terms/structures that are listed in the proposed Financing with Offering Letter and with the physical documents are there to ensure the financing process can take a lancer with yan ssuai required by the financing Committee.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law from a leading University with a GPA of at least 2.75
• Legal experience in Banking or law firm for a minimum of 3 years
• Understand the operational banking
• Willing to be placed in the specified branch
