Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Legality of foreign workers (KITAS)
- Legality of insurance (BPJS, JSHK etc.)
- Making sure Domicile’s documents extend
- Legality of company’s (KADIN, SIUP, DOMISILI, etc)
- Accountabilities
- Legality of company regulations
- Legality of BKPM (Capital investment coordinating board)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Good initiative and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
