Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and analyzing contractual documentations, legal research, legal memorandum, internal and external presentations.
- Maintaining relationship with client and assist them in any legal support that may arise
- Serve and maintain all legal documents are properly stored and filed
- Maintain relationship inter department
- To perform other related tasks the management may require
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year experience in law department/firm
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of Indonesian law and regulation
- Computer literate in Ms. Office and Internet
- Able to work independent and team
