founded on June 25, 1956 as an insurance Carrier PT Patriot (Patriot Insurance Society Ltd), Board of Commissioners of the company consists of Kamaruddin Zechariah Commissioner and Lace Sarungallo and Mohammad Nasrun as Commissioner. Meanwhile, Mohammad was appointed Director of Arras and Alexander Hendrik Kaliey as Director of the young. In 1991, the company was acquired by the Kalbe Group and changed its name into PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya. HR Generalist



Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day to day employee working time record (absenteeism, overtime etc)
  • Handle all Recruitment process & employee benefit administration
  • Maintain, update and manage employee data base/record

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 2.75 of 4 from reputable university, preferable from major Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in recruitment.
  • Understanding HR policies & procedures and HR Payroll
  • knowledge of Labor Law, HR tax regulation & its application
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Office is compulsory, especially in Ms. Excel
  • Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
  • High integrity, good attitude, hardworking and team player
