HR Staff



Responsibilities:

  • Assist day to day the HR function, especially in clerical and administrative support
  • Updating employee personnel record and support documents
  • Provide support document for payroll processing

Requirements:

  • Age not over than 25 years old
  • Holding at least Bachelor degree from reputable education institution
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • At least 2 (two) years experiences as HR Administrative Staff or HR Generalist
  • Familiar with HR fields such as: employee’s attendance report, medical, overtime compensation, and another administrative duties
  • Fresh graduated with excellent administration skill and potential reporting skill are welcome to apply
  • Smart, fast learner and strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in an organized way in order to meet set deadlines
