Compliance Staff
Duties:
- Conduct review and monitoring the implementation compliance activities regularly.
- Identify the compliance weakness and coordinate action plans with other departments.
- Access records relevant to compliance monitoring activities and report findings.
- Design or update internal policies to mitigate the risk of the company breaking laws and regulations.
- Contract administrator and archiving.
Requirements:
- Familiar with procedure writing.
- Experience in conducting interview with people.
- Strong personality and good integrity.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
