Responsibilities:
- Advise a wide range of clients from a variety of industries on corporate and commercial matters.
- Perform the department’s corporate & commercial work which includes foreign investment, private company acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, franchise arrangements, leases, employment matters etc.
- Develop a balanced practice across a range of high profile clients.
- Working closely with corporate partners and assistants in a supportive atmosphere with a strong client focus.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and have:
- A Law Degree (S.H.)
- Be between 2 to 6 years PQE who has solid grounding in corporate and commercial legal matters (corporate law, general commercial law, foreign investment, contract negotiation and acquisitions)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills, and
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
