Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff / Senior specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Understand medical equipment permits
- Understand Export/Import permits
- Understand General National Cretification permits
- Able to speak English fluently
- Able to communicate well with government
- Able to work underpressure with tight deadling
Responsibilities:
- Will handel regulation, licenses and permits for group business
- Communicate with officials, managing legal administration, legal review
- Legal documentation and general admin
