Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Do management and the extension of Licensing documents,
• Did the creation of documents/letters, Public Legal
• Responsible for the Administration and distribution of Legal issues Legal documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor Of Law, Education
• Have a minimum 3 years of working experience in the property industry and manufacturing,
• Familiar with the management of IMB, HGB, HGU, SIUP, TDP, and other Legal documents related to the property, and corporate, or
• Able to provide advice and interpretation of appropriate and effective with regard to Legal issues in accordance with the legislation and regulations,
• Thorough and detailed in terms of administrative Legal &
• Dynamic and have good communication skills,
• Willing to make the trip out of town,
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta, JL. TB. Simatupang
