Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Agreement, contract Drafting
- Legal Database input and ensuring the accuracy of its input
- Preparing legal report
- Representing Legal Dept. in internal meeting and/or client meeting as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Profiecency in legal drafting and liable to provide legal opinion
- Ability to prepare and presenting report
- In depth analytical thingking and ability to identify potential legal problem
- Proficency in foreign language (English) both written & verbal
