Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review operational contracts and other legal documents and ensuring that the terms are to the benefit of the company.
- Providing legal guidance and advice in all matters such as contracts and partnerships
- to be used in providing legal opinion to provide appropriate alternate solutio
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor of Law from reputable university.
- Min. 3 years working experience as a Legal Supervisor or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skilled in Legal Writing.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably having Advocate License from PERADI.
- English (both writing and oral).
- Good communication and Presentation skills.
- Proactive and Initiative.
- Good Analytical Thinking
