Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Verify the completeness of the documents/binding requirements and credit check credit requirements document.
- Monitoring documents Notarized documents and finishing the TBO.
- Perform custodial/credit file storage and original documents of guarantee/legal according to applicable SOPS.
- Did the administration of loan documents, the permanent release, preparation form STTJ, BAST, SKL, and other documents/forms
Requirements:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor of law
- Training to support the work of:
- Training related Credit Portfolio
- PSAK/bookkeeping training
- Banking Legal training, knowledge of the binding document verification and credit
- Mastery of the SOP, internal credit policies/regulation and the regulation of Bank Indonesia,
- Responsibility, discipline, and willing to work hard
- Work experience: minimum of 1 year experience as well as knowledge of the law over credit
