HRD/Legal/GA Staff

Responsibilities:

• To handle and process all legal documents including licenses, permits, and certificates at related institutions
• Preparing legal documents for company’s purposes
• Handle BPJS care for employees
• Assist other department with legal documents
• Maintain all personnel policies, and procedures, also provide guidance and interpretation to staff
• Handling all general affairs

Requirements:

• Strong technical/analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical information
• Ability to learn and operate lab and pilot equipment
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Computer skills that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
• Able to work on deadlines or tight schedule

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Minimal 1 year experience
• Have experience in permits, licenses, and certifications, such as Halal, MD, Form E, BPJS, etc.
• Understand the Labor Law and the overall process of human resources
