Napalima stands for ”Natrustparadigma Listrik Mandiri”. It began its operations as a Semi-IPP family business by supplying electricity poles and metal lighting poles for street lighting in 1998. Napalima also cooperates with the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to distribute electricity from State Electricity Company (PLN) to areas outside Java Island. These activities provide enough experiences for Napalima in leveraging their businesses in the energy sector. In 2003, Napalima officially becomes a full power provider company (Full IPP), a Domestic Investment Company (PMDN) having its legal entities registered in the area of the Republic of Indonesia (RI). Napalima delivers electricity supplies directly to its industry and business customers. In 2005, Napalima delivers electricity supplies to Mangga Dua Square (24 MWe), as well as Mal and Hotel Taman Palem (7.2 MWe). These two power plants utilize renewable fuel (gas) to generate electricity.

Legal – Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts
• Strategies and manage litigation matters with external counsel, where necessary
• Provide legal advice, Legal Opinion, and participate in merger and acquisition, joint venture and investment - related transactions
• Liaise with external parties including governmental authorities (BKPM, Bea Cukai), and notaries

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master Law
• Working experience of at least 5 years
• Working background in a multinational company and knowledgeable in legal aspects electricity provider, manufacture, and mining company
• Have licenses Peradi is preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written
• Good attitude, independent, responsible, and innovative
