Cemindo Gemilang is holder of Red and White Cement brand that was founded in
2011. In order to provide quality raw materials for the country, the current
PT. Cemindo Gemilang build an integrated plant in the area Bayah, Banten, with
a clinker production capacity of 10,000 tons per day, equivalent to production
of 4 million tons of cement per year. This plant will be equipped with
latest-tech machines, the process of a complete supply chain (from production
to its own port) as well as the application of the concept of environmentally
friendly factory and socially. In addition to building an integrated cement
factory in the area Bayah, PT. Cemindo Gemilang also have a grinding mill
(grinding plant) in the area Ciwandan, Banten, with a two-line production
capacity of 750,000 and 1,000,000 tons per year. The first production line of
the factory Ciwandan has been ready for operation since January 2014.
Legal Superintendent (Litigation
Government Affair)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law Degree from Reputable University.
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences working for Litigation Lawfirm or Litigation Department of national-wide Company.
- Extensive knowledge on dispute resolution and court procedures in Indonesia (criminal & civil).
- Extensive network on law enforcement institutions.
- Advocate license from PERADI would be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
