was founded in 2002 by Melli Darsa who holds a law degree from the University
of Indonesia (1990) and a Master of Law Degree from Harvard Law School (1994).
Ms. Melli Darsa has practiced law in Indonesia since 1990 and was admitted by
the New York State Bar Association in 1996. Prior to establishing MDC, Ms.
Melli Darsa was an international partner in one of the Global Law Firm active
in Indonesia. Ms. Darsa also has prior legal working experience in other top
tier law firms in Indonesia and in the United States. MDC is an
“independent" Indonesian firm which has an established working
relationship with a number of top tier international law firms that has
provided the firm with a platform for international expertise and best practice
across all leading jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Indonesian Government Institutions
- Able to work with high accuracy, good in detail and in meeting deadlines
- Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Have obtained advocate license from PERADI (preferable)
- Excellent graduation from reputable University, majoring in Law
- Accustomed to working with the targets outlined in the timesheet lawyer
