HR & GA
Responsibilities:
- Implement recruitment and selection process by receiving and checking the entire application that goes to the initial selection is done, do the applicants data selection then the user selection, calling prospective candidates, screnning interview and technical tests and psikotest to meet the needs of employees with the addition of target on time and in accordance with the desired qualifications
- Create a new employee to the coordination of memo user comben, staff and part of IT by preparing and submitting the memo to the associated sections so that by the time the new entering employees on-site needs work desk, ATK, computers, etc. already available
- Help coordinating acceleration task/GA resolution Project to Head Office
Requirements:
- The candidate is graduates of all the majors, majors psychologists take precedence
- Minimum 3 years as HRD & GA staff
- Preferred automotive company had worked in the workshops of the motor
