Legal and Business License
Responsibilities:
- To support in updating all company licenses (including business license, import and export license) to be in line with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- To support product compliance (including product certification, product registration, etc).
- To assist in providing efficient licensing administration and compliance provisions in respect of the various areas of licensing.
- To deal with day to day enquiries received by the respective authorities.
- To provide advice and guidance to ensure compliance with appropriate regulation and application procedures.
- To assist the preparation and presentation of related reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Good command in English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Good communication and verbal skills
