Lawyer (Junior) Contract
Base
Responsibilities:
- The study of the law ensures the form of legal opinion, alternative options for functions – litigation and advocacy functions, Alliance/contract
- Meet the needs of legal drafting company, negotiating contracts and disputes
- Ensure coordination & communication with related departments can run well
- Ensure the implementation of the approved SOPS related to Legal Department
- Ensure the availability of the report of the work of the unit for the parties related to the right
Requirements:
- Minimum Of Bachelor Of Law
- Have a license (SK Advocate) would be value added.
- Have the ability to operate a computer program Ms Office.
- Have the ability to speak English.
- Confident, have the ability to negotiate and berdiplomasi
- Able to cooperate in cross-team and Department.
- Willing to provide any employment is placed
- Have experience in the field of corporate law for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have the ability diplomacy and negotiate in the settlement of the case..
