Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Create a Draft of the agreement and other paperwork associated with the business activity of the company
• Reviewing the agreement that relate to the company's line of business
• Responsible spending and corporate legal documents storage

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree preferred Education Law
• Age Max 30 years
• Min. 2 years handling the legal aspects of the company
• Have a good knowledge of the related aspects of the laws and regulations of the company, review contracts, permits legal, administrative and legal documents
• Have good ability in analyzing problems and provide practical solutions
• Have interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation is good
