Legal & General Affair Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating draft legal, regulatory, and corporate agreements corporate
• Manage the criminal, civil and corporate litigation
• Take care of permissions, PPJB, AJB and various related agreements of the company
• All tasks of General affair
• Adhoc task ready with that will be implemented

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law from the University
• Experience in the field of legal minimum 4 years
• Understanding about the legal agreement, corporate law and work independently
• Interpersonal skills a good skill, problem solving orientation
• Hard-working, honest and responsible
• Willing to work placements in the Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi
