Requirements:
- S1 degree in Law from reputable university
- Male / Female, preferable single max.30 - 40 years old
- Can make contract/agreements in English and can speak English as well
- Min 4-5 years of working in the reputable Law office/property development field is required for this position
- Understanding of corporate laws, commercial laws, contract/agreements laws, government regulations, review, recommend the implementation that are in line with the organization’s business objectives
- Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the Company
- Can make Legal Opinion in every Legal Policy or in every Legal cases
- Have a strong leadership attitude, systematic, analytical thinking, and initiative
- Have a good judgment in problem solving and able to follow up
- Mature personality with outgoing interpersonal and networking skill
