Legal Officer
Requirements:
- University graduates or equivalent to S1 in Law major from reputable university
- Having 2 years experience in Securities industry is preferable
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, and Company Law
- Familiar to company license registration (working permit, company registration, etc.)
- Familiar to correspondence and liaise with government authorities
- Having good communication skills
- Willing to work independently or as a team player, have integrity and dedication
- Willing to learn every aspect of the company’s operational and business related matters
Job Description:
- To supervise contract administration (i.e., draft, review, analyze, and/or negotiate on behalf of company)
- To provide legal opinion and/or legal advice to other working unit/department and/or to the company’s Management (i.e. opinion/advice on corporate actions) aiming at achieving good corporate governance
- To handle all litigation matters that threatened the company
- To ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations, especially in the field of capital market
