Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Help to do a review
- Prepare documents related to management's permission-the permission of company and company assets
- Prepare legal documents of the company for corporate action
- Do the Filing or storage of legal documents of the company
- Monitoring for the expiration of a permit-a permit company
- Help prepare and implement the GMS
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Mastering corporate law (corporate Law)
- Master the legal drafting contract
- Master agreement on the language of the English
- Have knowledge of regulations OJK and Indonesia stock exchange
- Work experience in a Law Firm or company for at least 1 year
