Corporate Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of juridical, namely conducting an examination and assessment of a credit agreement, prepare a warranty, do the binding legal document storage, warranty, credit monitoring, as well as conducting rescue efforts of problematic credits
• Create a contract letter
• Creating and reviewing agreements and permissions associated with the business company
• Understanding in making correspondence correspondence in accordance with the applicable legislation
• Bridging the subject corporate action such as legalization of agreements with third parties. Includes legal drafting (making the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review.
• Reviewing the proposed creation/change of sop and oversee the provision of the new regulations (new Act related business company)

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• S-1 Department of education law
• Being of good character
• Master MS Office.
