Legal & GA Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the general affairs and legal matters such as public relation & governance, maintain and treatment of building, vehicles operation, accommodation, travel, cleaning service, security, license documents & permit, create a contract, including foreign labor documents.
  • Manage and maintenance of office assets
  • Purchasing and controlling stationery and office supplies
  • Managing and following up transportation schedules and arranging drivers for office operational
  • Planning for maintaining the fixed asset as well as office building
  • Controlling and checking attendance and operational of cleaners, security and drivers
  • Performing other tasks assigned by HRGA Manager

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree from all major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Mastering the field of Legal Licensing, Legislation and understand the making employment contracts and labor laws
  • Able to prepare documents, monitor progress and deadlines, and also manage files.
  • Having high accuracy and speed during under pressure tasks.
  • Able to work in tight deadline and under pressure, fast learner as well
  • Having a good negotiation and communication skill (proactive)
  • Computer literate
