Responsibilities:
- This Job to ensure all industrial relations policies comply with rules and regulations
- Control implementation of employment agreement, company regulation (PKB)
- Settle disciplinary actions, termination issue
- Represent management in interact with labour union
Requirements:
- 32 - 35 years old
- Graduated from Law or Management
- Minimum 3 year experience in same filed (Manufacturing company is an advantage)
- Good knowledge in Indonesian manpower rules & regulations especially in maintain Industrial relation issue
- Experience handling communication with Labor unionand Legal issue documents
- Good interaction with external parties
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work in Karawang (KIIC)
