Responsibilities:

  • This Job to ensure all industrial relations policies comply with rules and regulations
  • Control implementation of employment agreement, company regulation (PKB)
  • Settle disciplinary actions, termination issue
  • Represent management in interact with labour union

Requirements:

  • 32 - 35 years old
  • Graduated from Law or Management
  • Minimum 3 year experience in same filed (Manufacturing company is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge in Indonesian manpower rules & regulations especially in maintain Industrial relation issue
  • Experience handling communication with Labor unionand Legal issue documents
  • Good interaction with external parties
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Willing to work in Karawang (KIIC)
