according to the needs of animal feed companies or users up to large volumes.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- As a legal consultant companies, which provide advice or legal opinion to corporate leaders.
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness of licensing-related business processes in companies that coordinate with HC & IT Director and secretary in the framework of the suitability and completeness of documents to be processed further with external parties.
- Handle and resolve internal and external cases (criminal and civil)
- Establish communication and maintain good relationships with external parties such as; notary public, and government.
Requirements:
- Male
- Look attractive and presentable
- Maximum age 35 years
- Graduates S1 / S2 law with GPA min, 2.90
- Min 2 years experience to handle legal policy on industrial enterprises
- Handle legal land and permitting land acquisition.
- Having a good relationship with government
- Having a competent communication and managerial
- Willing to be traveling
