PT Bank Victoria International, Tbk



The Bank of Victoria was founded in 1992 under the name of PT Bank Victoria later in 1993 changed its name into pt. Bank Victoria International. In 1999 the Bank Victoria International became a Public Listed Company (went Public) and changed into PT Bank Victoria International Tbk. Bank Victoria already has 100 offices.


Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Review each document about the legal aspects of the customer.
  • Ask for an incomplete legal documents to the Accounts Officer/leader of branch/Sub-branch/Leader Head Office Coffers.
  • Apply (orders) the binding process of credit to customers.
  • Monitor the process of binding the credits committed by the notary and the suitability of the process agreed upon time period. Coordinating and scheduled implementation of Credit between clients (borrowers), banks and notary public.
  • Prepare and submit the Check List, Cover Note, notary, Offering Letter, Installment and Credit Files to the work units Of Administration for disbursement of the credit.
  • Monitor the process of settlement of the credit agreement, the certificate binding of collateral and collateral documents to the Notary.
  • Submit an original letter of Credit Agreements, Binding Guarantees and collateral documents belonging to the customer to the designated officer to do storage.
  • Ensure the existence of controls and compliance with the implementation of the applicable provisions.

Requirements:

  • A maximum of 30 years.
  • Education Bachelor Degree of Law from the leading University (GPA of at least 3.00).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Banking with the same position.
  • Thorough, workmanlike, and can work under challenge.
