Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Making & reviewing agreements related to company’s activities
- Providing legal drafting
- Preparing legal documents
- Conducting legal research if there’s a new regulation that could impact the Company or regarding other matters
- Applying and extending licenses, notarizing and legalizing documents
- Applying and extending licenses and permits
- Updating company’s legal compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Has 1-2 years of experience in related field, would be advantages from law firm
- Age between 24-28 years old
- High achievement, target oriented, able to work under pressure
- Confidence and has good Interpersonal relationship
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
