HRGA Staff

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Law or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in english.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR & GA officer / staff.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Karawang International Industrial City (Karawang Barat).
• Maximum age is 30.
• Detail oriented and highly motivated working in HRGA area.
• Able to perform as person who has highly innitiative and hands on with general matters.

Responsibilties:

• Responsible for all general affairs matter (Cleaning service, security, canteen, gardening, building, drinking water, handphone, telephone, copy machine, IT, transportation, etc)
• Hands on in administration matters related with employee absenteeism, all type of reimbursement, employee database, employee leave, new employee assistance, expatriate documents, company legal documents, etc.
• Hands on in assisting for hotel and air ticket administration for all employees outside duty / overseas duty.
• Able to follow instruction and keep up with the HRGA manager tasks from time to time.
