Site Acquisition Staff

Responsibilities:

• “In telecommunication industry, Site Acquisition Staff is responsible for site identification in accordance with network operator nominal, preparing and negotiating lease terms with a landlord, and obtain use and building permits. Site Acquisition Staff must be able to manage multiple sites and multiple projects at a time. Site Acquisition Staff is responsible for negotiating and obtaining required consents, and overseeing the process of executing contracts with potential land/structure owners within expected time cycles for installation of telecommunications equipment. Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or less than one year experience
• candidate must possess Bachelor degree in Law or Civil Engineering major
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
• Willing to assign in any region
• Willing to travelling for business trip
• Good in analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill
