Legal Officer

Responsibility:

• Can handle cases of law violations that occurred in the company

• Legally can process external and internal

• Able to organize and manage the legality, related to the development company

• To review the letter of agreement, contract, cooperation, as well as matters relating to the legality of the company

• Accustomed to dealing with governance office

• Review and analyze all of the legality of company documents

Requirements:

• Male

• Maximum age 27 years

• Minimal S1 Law (GPA 3:00)

• Have good English language skills (oral and written)

• Has a strong initiative

• Mastering Corporate and Business Law

• Drafting skills and review agreements

• Communicative, flexible, creative and multitasking

• Have appropriate experience in at least 2 years

• Both firmly & Personality

• Having a strong analytical

• Willing to be mobile if necessary
