Indonesia Eximbank atau Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (LPEI) is a specialized financial institution owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which stood under the Act of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2009 on Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia. Indonesia Eximbank was established to conduct the Pembiayaan Ekspor Nasional (PEN) is given in the form of financing, Guarantee, Insurance, and Consulting to business entities both business entities are legal entities and are not legal entities including individuals, both conventional and sharia. Business entity in question can be domiciled within or outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia Eximbank which began operations on September 1, 2009 based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 336 / KMK.06 / 2009 dated August 24, 2009 on the Determination Date Operationalization Indonesian Export Financing Institution. In accordance with the Act LPEI, the initial capital of Indonesia Eximbank is set at least Rp4.000.000.000.000, - (four trillion Rupiah). The capital of the state assets are separated and not divided into shares.

Litigation Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Maximum ages 30

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Law from reputable university

• With GPA minimum 3.00

• Having experience at least 2 years banking experiences as a Credit Legal Staff / Notaries or Law Consultant

• Having a good knowledge in Trade Finance, Credit, Operation, and Banking Products

• Good knowledge in banking law, business, corporate law and legal structured finance

• Having experiences in draft legal opinion and legal policy & standard document

• Able to handle litigation from PN, PT, MA & PK

• Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel & Power Point)

• Excellent in English both verbal & written

• Hardworking and able to work under pressure

• Good in Team Work and socialize with others

• Full-Time position(s) available.
