Senior Legal
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Participating in contract negotiation
- Providing legal advice for the operation of company including in the project implementation and controlling the relevant risk.
- Handling legal affairs and preparing relevant document data and papers as required by management, both or local and/or offshore compliances
General Skills:
- Strong drafting technical/analytical skills
- Able to work on deadlines or tight schedule
- Strong practical knowledge of corporate law and markets law
- Requires language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Have a good network in BKPM, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimal 5 year experience
- Have experience in Legal fields
- Understand the Labor Law and the overall process of human resources
